Wet electrostatic precipitator
In view of the ultra-low emission limit requirements of coal-fired pollutants, Nanhuan technology has developed the wet electrostatic flue gas multi pollutant deep purification technology, overcome the technical bottleneck of the engineering of wet electrostatic precipitator in different levels of units, realized the efficient removal of fine particles, gypsum droplets, aerosols and other multi pollutants, and ensured the near zero emission of fine particles (PM2.5) in flue gas, which has been successfully applied to large-scale coal-fired power plants.
The wet electrostatic precipitator adopts the principle of electrostatic adsorption and dust collection, and a high-voltage electric field is added between the anode and cathode. When the dusty flue gas flows through the electric field, the water molecules and dust particles are charged. The dust and fog particles move to the anode under the Coulomb force of the electric field. After reaching the anode plate, a uniform water film is formed on the surface of the dust collector. Under the action of the water film, they can flow downward by gravity and separate from the gas. Compared with the traditional electrostatic precipitator, the dust cleaning of the anode and cathode of the wet electrostatic precipitator does not use mechanical vibration, but uses electrostatic adsorption water mist to clean the anode and cathode, or regular flushing through the spray system.
The body of wet electrostatic precipitator adopts steel structure, which is mainly composed of cathode, anode, insulation box, flushing system and power supply.

Efficient fine particle purification technology ensures the performance requirements of full time and full load
The wet electrostatic precipitator is not affected by dust characteristics, ash composition, specific resistance and other factors, which is important for collecting fine particles PM2 5. Acid mist has good effect, especially suitable for the capture of fine, humid, viscous or high specific resistance dust. The dust removal efficiency is ≥ 90% and the emission concentration can be less than 5mg / m3, which can realize the standard emission of dust under full load in the whole period.
Collaborative treatment of multiple pollutants such as smoke, acid mist, aerosol and heavy metals
The SO3 / droplet / aerosol removal efficiency of the wet electrostatic precipitator is 70% ~ 90%, which can solve the pollution problems caused by the emission of SO3 acid mist, slurry droplet aerosol, heavy metals and other particles, and avoid "gypsum rain", "chimney rain", etc.
No secondary dust pollution
The washing form of wet electrostatic precipitator is water film washing, without rapping or any rotating mechanism, so it will not produce secondary dust, and the device has higher stability and reliability.
GGH can be cancelled to enhance the reliability of system operation
Wet electrostatic precipitator has excellent removal effect on acid droplets and can alleviate the corrosion of downstream flue and chimney. Therefore, GGH can be cancelled, the anti-corrosion grade of chimney can be reduced, the system operation reliability can be enhanced and the anti-corrosion cost can be saved.

The anode of wet electrostatic precipitator adopts conductive FRP design, which has high corrosion resistance and good conductivity, and can meet the ultra-low emission requirements under any working condition.
The wet electrostatic precipitator developed by Nanhuan technology has been applied to the 300MW Coal-fired Unit of Hunan Yiyang Power Plant for the first time in China, and the first demonstration project in China has been built. According to the detection of professional institutions, more than 80% of gypsum droplets, SO3 and other pollutants are removed, and the fine particles are reduced from 20mg / m3-30mg / m3 to less than 5mg / m3.
At present, Nanhuan technology has put into operation more than 50 sets of wet electrostatic precipitators, including 3 1000MW units, more than 20 600MW units and more than 20 300MW units. All wet electrostatic precipitator projects of the company have reached ultra-low emission, including nearly 30 sets with zero emission, and have accumulated rich engineering EPC experience, which can provide engineering design, complete sets of key equipment and EPC general contracting services.
