Ldas-4000 ammonia escape online monitoring system

Application scenario

       Ammonia escape detection and accurate ammonia injection control in the production process of coal-fired power plants, cement, petrochemical and other industries (such as denitration, ammonia desulfurization, etc.); Ammonia escape detection in the flue gas emission process of stores, steel, cement, industrial boilers, chemical enterprises and other enterprises.

      Figure 3 shows the application of ldas-4000 ammonia escape on-line monitoring system in the above-mentioned power plant precision ammonia injection project. With the help of real-time and accurate measurement of ammonia escape, the denitration operation can be monitored in real time.


 

 

       Under the condition that the load and NOx at the denitration inlet are basically stable, after the precise ammonia main valve control algorithm is put into operation, the ammonia injection amount is reduced, and the NOx and ammonia escape at the denitration outlet show an obvious downward trend, with obvious control effect; After further putting into the control algorithm of quasi ammonia injection branch valve, under the condition that the total ammonia injection amount remains unchanged and NOx at the denitration inlet rises, by optimizing the ammonia injection amount in different areas, NOx and ammonia escape at the denitration outlet also show a significant reduction trend.

At present, more than 200 sets of ldas-4000 ammonia escape on-line monitoring system have been applied in thermal power plants.
