Product introduction

The coal sample storage and pneumatic transmission system is designed to realize automatic and intelligent transmission in the process of coal sample transmission and storage by power plant customers, improve the efficiency of sample transmission and reduce the degree of human intervention. The equipment can realize the multi station whole process pneumatic transmission of 6mm full water samples, 3mm stored samples, 0.2mm test samples and other coal samples, and automatically enter the cabinet. The multi station can automatically take out and distribute the samples and automatically discard the samples at fixed time. The special coal sample bottle with RFID chip can meet the needs of customers for intelligent storage and pneumatic transmission.

System characteristics

(1) Sample storage cabinet:
(1) The sample storage cabinet is used for centralized storage of coal sample bottles. The whole process is connected by closed pipes. The coal sample storage cabinet and extraction cabinet are fully automatic pneumatic transmission. The bottles can be automatically stored and taken out to the outlet of the cabinet, and then sent out through the pneumatic transmission system or accessed through the manual access port.
(2) Meet the safety requirements of "human sample separation, blind storage and blind access" of fuel management, and effectively eliminate human interference. The software system management of the sample storage cabinet has many functions, such as business flow of the sample storage cabinet, real-time monitoring of equipment status, historical data tracing, process control parameter management, control authority management and so on.
(3) The capacity of cabinet bottle can be expanded according to the needs of the project.
(2) Pneumatic transmission system
(1) It has two-way sending and receiving function, which is used to access the coal sample bottle, store the bottle in the sample storage cabinet or send it to other workstations, and also receive the coal sample bottle from the sample storage cabinet or other workstations.
(2) Automatically receive the coal sample bottle transmitted after the full-automatic prototype completes the sample bottle packaging (capping or capping), and automatically send the coal sample bottle to the pneumatic transmission pipeline to the sampling workstation in the sample storage cabinet or distributed in the laboratory, balance room and other areas. There is no need for manual intervention in the whole process.
(3) Automatically receive the coal sample bottles sent from the sample storage cabinet or other workstations, automatically push the coal sample bottles to the temporary storage area at the lower part of the cabinet, and can continuously receive and store up to 24 coal sample bottles. The staff with access control function and operation authority need to swipe the card to open the door when taking out the sample bottle before taking out the coal sample bottle.
(4) The wind power unit provides positive and negative pressure for the pneumatic transmission system through the blowing and suction of the built-in high-pressure fan, which is the power source of the pneumatic pipeline transmission system. The built-in wind direction reversing valve can switch the wind direction in the transmission pipeline (suction and blowing), form a positive and negative air pressure difference in the pipeline, and realize the pneumatic transmission of the transmission bottle.
(5) With pipeline reversing function and built-in gear transmission mechanism, the pipeline reversing can be realized by controlling the angle of reversing disc, so as to realize the multi-point transmission of coal sample bottle.
