Product features

Binocular infrared thermal imaging: infrared thermal imaging can detect abnormalities in advance, avoid serious faults, eliminate property losses or potential threats to personal safety. Track light profile: the track profile is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and can be spliced into U-bend and S-bend. It can be designed according to the site environment to prevent dust falling, rust prevention, strong flexibility, wear resistance and other characteristics.

Laser flow blockage measurement: use industrial grade, high-frequency and high-precision laser to monitor the inlet flow and outlet flow in real time, compare and analyze the coal falling situation of coal falling pipe, and judge the blockage situation stably, reliably, accurately and timely.
Fire detection / deviation detection / side tear detection: when running above the belt, find the burning coal in advance to prevent the coal from igniting the conveying equipment. The system can also monitor the heating and fire of belt and idler caused by aging, friction and other reasons, and send out early warning or chain shutdown. Quickly and accurately detect belt deviation, send out early warning or chain shutdown, and directly cool down, prevent fire and extinguish fire through linkage with fire sprinkler system. Professional imported 3D camera is adopted, with up to 1200 laser scanning lines per second. Through real-time scanning and capturing the surface of the belt, the crack characteristics are captured and the phenomenon of false alarm and omission is eradicated.
